Della Ratta, Inc. is a family-owned and operated corporation formed by Joseph Della Ratta in 1970 with the goal of providing superior commercial development services through trustworthy and creative management practises.
Della Ratta and the company’s management arm, Commercial Management Company, manage sites in Virginia, Maryland, and Florida that range in size from 40,000 to 250,00 square feet. Among the long-term tenants are Giant Food, CVS, Gabe’s, TSC, Sherwin Williams, Burger King, and Dunkin’ Donuts. DRI/CMC hotels have received numerous hospitality awards and have received excellent reviews on sites such as Yelp, Expedia, TripAdvisor, Kayak, Hotels.com, and others.
