About Me

Abbie Holland is a proud fourth-generation Montgomery County resident. She has seen Montgomery County develop into the thriving area it is today. When she started in this business in 2007 her top priority was to build lasting relationships with clients and REALTORS and she has stayed true to that mindset. After being an agent for several years she decided that management was the next step to a fulfilled career. She managed a franchise office for several years but was never satisfied with what the brand delivered. She saw a need for a company that provided a great culture and innovation within the industry while providing exceptional service to consumers. She wanted to be a part of something different so she opened her own franchise brokerage, Realty One Group Experience. After 6 years and building the company to more than 100 agents she sold her interest to her business partner in July 2021. Abbie opened another independent brokerage, Holland Homes, in August 2021 to focus on her clients and grow independently. Abbie and her team’s experience with the consumer is the number one priority. At Holland Homes, their main focus is providing a customized plan for all of their clients and by doing this they work as a team to fulfill the client’s needs and desires. Abbie and her husband, Jason, not only work in Montgomery County but they raise their two children there and are happy to call Montgomery County their home.
