My name is Abel Betancourt, I am originally from Cuba. There I worked for over ten years in customer service for the tourism industry, starting as a tour guide in Havana and eventually growing to manager of a travel agency specialized in Incentive groups, most of them from France, since I speak French fluently. After my arrival to USA in 2006, I have been working in restaurants, bars, and hotels before becoming a real estate agent.
Most of my work experience has been customer service related. I am committed to customer satisfaction, for me it is not just a job, but a passion, I love helping people. Being a realtor has given me the chance to do what I like most: helping others in achieving their goals. Whatever the deal, my main purpose is to work in the best interest of my clients. My time, my expertise, all my knowledge and network of contacts is always available to my clients. The way I see it, in this industry, we all have more less the same tools to provide a service, the difference therefor, does not relay in how many tools we can offer to our customers, but in the nature of ourselves; our commitment, our integrity, our ethics, our experience and of course our charisma. And that is what I bring to the table in every new real estate experience a share with my clients.
