About Me
I am the Owner & Broker of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties Real Estate franchise in Santa Clarita, California. In 1999, I started my career in Real Estate in the San Fernando Valley and in 2004, my wife, our two boys, and I moved to Santa Clarita. In 2014 I earned my Brokers license.
Throughout the years, working at various real estate companies and then owning and operating my own BHHS franchise and independent escrow company, I have gained an immense knowledge of the real estate business. I greatly enjoy utilizing my skills in helping my clients effectively buy and sell homes. As my past clients will attest, I am diligent at communicating with all parties involved in a sale.
My knowledge and experience of the real estate business and my expertise in negotiating transactions ensures that my clients’ interests remain at the forefront of the sale. I work with my clients to facilitate their understanding of the contract, I help them to navigate through the offer phase, and comprehend the escrow process, all to ensure that the transaction stays on track and successfully closes. I quickly follow through and effectively handle any issues that may arise. I enjoy providing top-rated service and I pride myself on staying up-to-date on the ever changing real-estate market.
