Serving people to the best of my abilities has always been my biggest passion in life.I come from a service background with over a decade in fine dining experience, then as Director of Enrollment for a sustainable business MBA program, and now as a real estate professional. Decades of service oriented work has taught me to listen well, anticipate the needs of my clients, advocate strongly on their behalf and remain flexible… all with a sense of humor! A deep commitment to service and lifelong learning has allowed me to grow my business into a strong referral community.
I have a strong foundational knowledge of houses which helps buyers understand what they are looking at and sellers understand what work needs to happen before they sell. I have a strong sense of design (having owned a successful staging business for several years) and I love helping buyers and sellers alike when it comes to making design decisions that make a house a home. I have assisted in 1031 exchanges, downsizing for seniors, relocation opportunities and first time homebuyers. Each client comes with their own set of individual needs and I tailor my service to meet their expectations.
