About Me

Hello! I’m Alyssa Boley, and I have been helping people in Winchester and Central/Eastern Kentucky buy and sell homes since 2008 and have been a realtor for 14 years. I love that my job allows me to help others and meet new clients. Over the years, many of my clients have become lifelong friends. My clients expect and deserve my full attention, and I pride myself on taking care of all the details. This allows my clients to enjoy the experience and hopefully have fun along the way. When working with buyers, my number one priority is finding them their “perfect” home. And when it comes time to sell, I work very hard to get my clients the best possible price for their homes. Communication is essential in any real estate transaction. I will always answer my phone for you. Texting is great, but I love to be able to speak to the person that I am going to be working with, and if I am with another client, I return calls immediately.
