About Me

Audrey Schoeppner is a Colorado licensed real estate agent, REALTOR® and the Team Leader of the Real Homes CO Team. She proudly serves the Front Range as a trustworthy real estate expert. Audrey is both the knowledgeable, resourceful advocate as well as an experienced negotiator. Her passion for great customer experience, partnership and education helps guide each client – from the seasoned seller to the first-time home buyer and investors alike.

Audrey has an expansive understanding of this great state having lived in northern Colorado as well as the Denver metro area, including the diverse communities within our metro area as well. She’s a member of the South Metro Denver Realtor Association (SMDRA) with further education in real estate investing, home staging, divorce and many other real estate specialty areas and holds of Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota.
She currently serves on the prestigious Agent Leadership Council for Keller Williams DTC, LLC.

Outside of real estate, Audrey enjoys the CO outdoors, and is passionate about animal care and social justice, advocating for those in need and under-served. At home, Audrey enjoys traveling with her family and of course, playing and caring for Lily and Indie, the family’s mischievous dogs.
