About Me

My name is Austin Lapp and I want to take a little time to tell you
about myself and how I got started in real estate. So, without any
further adieu….
I was born and raised in the Finger Lakes region of upstate NY and
have always loved the area and especially the lakes. I grew up on a
small farm a few miles from Keuka Lake. My father had a construction
business and he would do work along lakes. Many a time I remember
customers inviting my family down to enjoy their waterfront. I really
loved it!
I bought my first house at the ripe young age of 22 and have been
fascinated with the real estate market ever since. A few years later a
good friend and business owner presented me with the opportunity to
manage his rental properties. And I took it! I was a young buck at the
time only 23 years old.
Property management was really the foundation for my real estate
career. I learned so much about people, time management,
communication, and even physical aspects of homes such as plumbing,
electrical, HVAC, and so much more. (Yes I now know how to replace a
toilet after many failed attempts) 🙂
Through the management of apartments, homes, and vacation rentals is
how I obtained my real estate license. I started selling real estate
in 2013 and have been hooked ever since!
Since the start of my real estate career I have learned many many
things about myself, my clients, and real estate. I am multi-million
dollar producer every year! I sell all kinds of real estate including
farms, lake homes, residential homes, investment properties,
commercial properties and businesses.
My commitment to you is to work hard, communicate effectively, and do
everything with integrity. I take pride in the work ethic passed on
down to me from my parents who have a rich amish heritage and came
from Lancaster County, PA. I take a “hands on” approach to real estate
to make sure everything gets completed in a timely manner. I like
challenges and feel like i’m constantly learning new tricks to the
trade!
I feel so blessed to have the opportunity to meet so many amazing
people and help be a part of the home selling process. I feel like
each home has something unique about it and I love discovering what
that is and selling that to every buyer who walks through it.
