Please call me Barbie! Some might say I was born into Real Estate since some of my earliest memories are of houses we “flipped” before flipping was a thing! My Dad was a commercial and residential Agent with his own brokerage. Our family vacations were of us 6 kids and my mom and dad in an Edsel station wagon visiting every historical site in the state, which gave me a deep appreciation for the beauty and majesty that is our great state of New Mexico.
Fast forward to today, both my husband’s family and mine have been in New Mexico for over 300yrs so we both have roots and love that go way back. My husband is a retired Federal Agent and I have had the privilege to be mostly a stay at home mom since we married almost 30yrs ago. We live in the Valley with our pup Rufio and at least one of our 4 children at any given time. We have 4 children and 4 grand boys and consider ourselves to be very blessed.
In 2016 I looked at my empty nest, panicked a lil bit and decided to go to school to complete my secret dream of being in Real Estate. My unique prospective through our family tours as a child and my lifelong appreciation for the incredible sunrises, sunsets, infinite vistas and rich history of New Mexico make me a great choice whether your coming back to New Mexico, leaving for a new adventure, or just changing your point of view in our great state.
I truly believe that my Real Estate business is both a calling and a ministry. I know that through integrity, honesty and truth we will experience all of the highs, lows, joy and tears that are an integral part of every transaction I have ever done.
