About Me

I graduated from Flagler College in St. Augustine, FL in 2004 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration while playing soccer for the school.  I’ve been a licensed real estate agent for 19 years.  Throughout this period of time I have assisted buyers in finding the perfect home many times.  I have also listed and sold many homes as well.  Living in the oldest city in the nation is truly a blessing while raising two boys with my wife.

I consider St. Augustine to be one of the most unique places in the world that has a true community in place, where the people really care about each other.  The way of life here is relaxing and fulfilling at the same time.  In 2009, I co-founded a non-profit organization called Peace Passers that raises money and distributes soccer equipment around the world to those in need.  In 2014, 2018, 2019 and 2022 I was named Top Producer for my company Coldwell Banker Premier Properties.

In the last two years my sales volume has totalled over $41M.  My specialty is Multi-Family Development.  My commercial real estate background has given me the experience to work through very difficult negotiations and problems that arise during contracts giving me the expertise to navigate any situation along the way.  I take pride in doing what’s right for people, no matter what.  Selling homes in St. Augustine, FL is a true passion of mine and I look forward to working with buyers and sellers within the Regentology network that are looking for an honest, hard-working and dedicated realtor to represent them.
