About Me

Carol Barsch Bontrager is a northern Colorado native and has lived and worked as a Realtor in the northern metro area for over 22 years. Carol values living in Colorado and knows that many people also want to experience Colorado life! Real Estate is her passion and helping people with their real estate goals makes for gratifying experiences for all involved. Carol earned both a BS and MA from the University of Northern Colorado.

After working for many years in healthcare in the northern Denver metro area, in 1999 Carol pursued a career in Real Estate and Marketing. Having been a board member Realtor for more than 20 years, Carol has extensive experience and excels in assisting her Buyers, Sellers and Investors through the process of locating that perfect plot of land, buying an up-sized or down-sized home, selling their current home, exchanging investments, and assisting with builder introductions for custom home construction.

Carol is a board member of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors and a member of the National Association of Realtors. She holds the GRI designation and facilitates real estate transactions with professional attention and detailed care.  Carol first achieved recognition in real estate while with Century 21, first as a “Rising Star” and then as a “Centurion”. She has also been recognized by HomeSnap as the “Fastest Growing Agent”. Over the last 20+ years, Carol has received many 5 star reviews (Google, Zillow, HomeSnap and Worth Clark) and continues to serve her clients with excellent representation.

Carol says, “Serving people has always been my passion in business.
