Carol Ann Berberian is a Realtor® and Broker that has over twenty-two years of experience in the Real Estate Industry. She has served as a Director of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors® for the past six years and continues to contribute to several committees. Carol Chaired the Grievance Committee for several years and oversaw each arbitration and ethics request submitted to the Board. She also served as the President of the Greater Boston Women’s Council of Realtors®. Carol has worked successfully as a Mortgage Loan Originator, Business Development Consultant, Recruiter, and Trainer. Through her favorite role as a Realtor®, Carol successfully guided hundreds of people through the process of buying and selling homes. She is an experienced Real Estate Investor and has successfully managed numerous Residential Construction Projects ranging from full spec builds to complete gut renovations. As an entrepreneur, Carol owns and operates her Real Estate brokerage, New England Classic Properties, as well as CB Design & Construction and Absolute Advantage.
Locally, Carol is an elected Town Meeting Member, an appointed member of the Planning Board, and a member of the Community Preservation Committee in her hometown of Belmont, MA. She is an avid fundraiser, youth sports coach, and committed member of her community. She lives with her husband, Ed, and daughters, Bella and Lilly, who are the light of her life.
