About Me
I am a lifelong resident of Bucks County, PA. I spent my early years in Fairless Hills and movedto Washington Crossing when I was 9 years old. I am a graduate of Council Rock High SchoolClass of 1986.
I moved to Levittown almost 25 years ago and now reside in Red Rose Gate with my husband,Rob, and our children, Grace, Robby and Lily. We have a busy lifestyle which includes scouting, fishing, snowmobiling, boating and hiking. We have many animals including a Mini-Labrodoodleand Chocolate Lab, rabbits, geckos, chickens and many fish.
I am also a graduate of Rider University Class of 1990 and have a BS in BusinessAdministration. After college I spent 12 years in the Direct Marketing business working withclients such as Capital One and Citibank, as well as numerous other publishers and catalogcompanies with their direct mail and email marketing efforts.
I got my real estate license in 2021 after buying my first home. It was a HUD owned home, which means it needed a full rehab to live in it. It took me 9 months to complete the renovationsand move it and I loved every minute of it! Since then, I have enjoyed working with both Buyersand Sellers in Real Estate.
As a Buyer’s Agent, I map out all of the necessary steps and information to take the guessworkand fear out of the process. I am honest when it comes to showing homes – pointing out wherework is needed, as well as highlights of the home.
When I am working with Sellers, I assume the responsibility of making sure all of the townshiprequirements are met, recommend vendors and provide staging advice. If needed, I also adviseSellers what improvements should be done to make the home sell faster and for a higher price. My biggest pleasure is working with real estate investors. I am experienced with all facets ofinvesting and love working with flippers especially. There’s nothing better than having adistressed property get sold to an investor, and then renovated to be the nicest house on theblock!
I have worked with Real Estate Excel, Exit Realty, Keller Williams, and Realty Mark Elite.I have been with CENTURY 21 Veterans for the past few years and love the company andfranchise. The leadership sets the pace in everything they do from technology to trainingclasses and I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else. We have offices in Newtown and Bristol,PA and Pennington, NJ to make it convenient for our agents and clients to reach us.
