The Best Sellers I like are the ones who are selling their Parents home where they grew up. I know how emotional it is for them to let go. I know its not always about the Price. its letting go of a part of there childhood. So I know its going to take time. I also like the sellers who are empty nesters and ready to move on. I am part of that generation so I know how they feel.
A little Sad but Very Happy they are moving on. The best Buyers I like working with are first time home buyers. I love it when they say this is the house for us. I am just as excited as they are. And when we get to the closing table I love the excitement on their faces to hold those keys in there Hand, Priceless. Besides doing Real Estate I am a Grandmother to 3 Beautiful Grandchildren and I love spending time with them. I am also a Big Animal Lover. The one thing I am adamant about is keeping close to every Sale. Showing houses is easy, The hard part is keeping up with buyers, Sellers, Mortgage Lenders and attorneys.
