About Me
Throughout his career Charles has been committed to serving the public in many ways. He was an Administrator of a large Child Care in Toronto that was established by his family in 1962, finally leaving the area in 2019. During that time , he was a Board member of a Children’s Agency Aisling Discoveries And President of a Non-Profit Association that raised funds for Charities and Associations in Scarborough.
He was a Supervisor in the Government of the N.W.T looking after young people in the Social Services Department in Fort Smith , N.W.T. This experience was very valuable in developing understanding of different cultures and systems.
Prior to being involved as a Teacher in Toronto he was an Air Ambulance Pilot in Toronto for 5 years providing Med Evac service for Injured Patients being taken to local Hospitals for critical care.
His early career in Aviation was established in B.C. and Alberta as Base Manager for the largest Helicopter company, at the time, in Golden B.C which included all facets of management and service to individuals and companies flying in the Rocky Mountains and Canada’s Arctic.
His philosophy is, and has always been, addressing the needs and expectations of his clients to provide the safest outcome considering the limitations set out by the customers objectives. His public involvement is driven by his background of identifying what is expected for the challenges presented and with the best outcome that is possible. He commits himself to every
client with his years of managerial experience to provide the best service available. He strives to provide his clients and customers with the best information available.
