I have rehabbed homes that were basically a shell to sell to bring a profit once rehabbed. And I also do staging so the best of what you have to offer gets you a good return on your investment. I see what some home owners can’t and help them get the profits they deserve.
My other heart beat is for first time home buyers. So much in buying a home is overwhelming for first time home buyers and I enjoy helping them learn as we go to take the fear out of the process.
Lastly, I work with investors to bring a property to market. Everything from complete redesign layout to basic rehab to get them a good profit for their efforts. I know where to bring the bling and where not too. So many flippers sell themselves short not putting the improvements in the right places to get the most out of the property.
