About Me

Chris Bailey has lived in the Mount Washington Valley most of his life. Since 1998 he has been a social studies teacher at his alma mater, Kennett High School, in North Conway. In 1997 Chris bought his first home at auction. Since then, real estate has always been an interest of his. Chris took his interest and made it another career in 2015 when he obtained his New Hampshire Real Estate license.

Since then, he has enjoyed helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. Just recently, Chris has expanded into Maine, earning his license during the summer of 2022. Chris splits his time between Jackson, NH, and Fryeburg, ME, so he is uniquely qualified to help clients on both sides of the border. Since Chris has spent most of his life living and working in the Mount Washington area, he has developed many connections through his professional and personal life.

These connections come in handy when buyers or sellers alike are looking for referrals regarding finding financing, making home improvements, or simply looking for reputable companies to support their home ownership. When not teaching or selling real estate, Chris can be found spending time with his wife and their three sons and enjoying all that the Mount Washington Valley has to offer. Chris is a no-pressure, straight-shooting realtor that looks forward to helping people in the greater Mount Washington Valley with their real estate goals and needs.
