As a licensed agent since 2004, Christian Lalario has attained a deep knowledge of the local market, he’s very proficient at writing and negotiating contracts, and he thoroughly understands all elements of residential homes, condos, and vacant land. He has worked through many different markets, from working short-sales and foreclosures to hyper-appreciation markets that generated competitive bidding wars.

A proud graduate of the University of Washington and the Foster School of Business. Born in Italy, Christian moved to the Pacific Northwest early and made the area his home. In addition to his proud Italian heritage, he maintains his native language fluently. Christian also travels back to Italy as often as possible. His parent’s willingness to emigrate and start a new life gave Christian his appreciation for the importance of hard work and sacrifice they instilled in him from an early age. A father of two sons and married to a successful real estate agent, Star Lalario. Christian is wholly dedicated to his clients but is able to balance his time between work, family, and friends.
