About Me
Christopher Paul brings a wealth of life experience to the real estate profession. Before becoming a full-time Realtor®, Mr. Paul was employed in such diverse occupations as carpenter, ranch hand, commercial fisherman, private security guard, middle school mathematics teacher, and real estate investor. Christopher has served as an adjunct professor of philosophy where he taught courses in Introductory Philosophy, World Religions, and Ethics. Mr. Paul holds Bachelors’s and Masters’s degrees from Biola University, as well as several teaching credentials.
Christopher is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, serving in an airborne forward observer unit during the period of Operation Desert Storm. He served as the founding President of a Chapter of the Veteran’s Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP), a nonprofit organization with dozens of chapters nationwide, and has worked closely with many state and national government leaders as an advocate for veteran homeownership.
Christopher Paul is a manager and team leader with Radius Agent Realty. He is one of the first recipients of the Military and Veteran Housing Certification (MVHC) and earned the Five Star Professional certifications for REO and Short Sales. His specialties are Residential Properties in San Diego County and the Inland Empire, Equestrian Properties, Land Parcels, and Investment Properties. Mr. Paul teaches real estate courses for new agents and is a business coach for a national real estate training company. He also serves as a Dave Ramsey ELP (Endorsed Local Provider.)
Christopher lives in North San Diego County and takes every opportunity to enjoy the great lifestyle it offers.
