About Me
I have been one of the Capital Region’s top selling agents for the past 22 years. I pride myself in customer service because a professional real estate agent understands that purchasing or selling a home can be an extremely exciting and emotional time. I am a Relocation Specialist and new construction specialist. I can walk you through the whole process of being relocated. I have been in the new construction business and have the knowledge of helping you build a dream home.
I am proud to say that I am well known in the community for my generous community work with the Boys & Girls clubs. In 2012 I did my first “Extreme Remodel” at the Rotterdam Club and again in 2013 I did the Mont Pleasant Club. I spearheaded these projects to give back to my community. It was my mission to raise enough money and talent to transform these 2 facilities into something the community, our children, families and seniors could be proud of.
I like to think that I have created an atmosphere our local families want to be part of for another 60 yrs.I started off with a small decorating business “Designs By Dar” and shortly realized that nothing could be better than selling a home and decorating it all at the same time. My motto is “I will sell you a home not a house”. This has helped me be a leader in the real estate industry. Being a Realtor and a Designer has made me the person I am today. I can help my clients dreams come through with buying or selling a home with years of knowledge I have with the real estate business and my clients also receive free decorating. If you are interested in Buying or Selling a home please contact Darlene Zeh at 518-527-4026 or darlenezeh22@gmail.com
