MOLee's SummitGreater Kansas City (Both Missouri and Kansas Suburbs)Buyer's AgentFirst time home buyersAbout Me
I am professionally licensed in both Missouri and Kansas to more effectively serve my clients in the greater Kansas City area and suburbs on both sides of the border. As a Platinum Realty agent, I value every client and strive to deliver exceptional customer service. As a member of the National Association of REALTORS® I am pledged to a strict Code of Ethics and standards of practice.
A special joy for me is being able to facilitate first-time homebuyers in navigating the complexities of a successful real estate transaction. For both those friends and more experienced homebuyers, my goal is to earn the trust of my customers through dedicated, hard work; professional confidentiality; and ethical representation; and to guide my clients in every step of the transaction so as to make it as stress-free as possible for them. In this way I hope to receive the best professional accolades possible: highly satisfied clients who refer their friends and family to me!
Through my early years, my interest in real estate matters was piqued as my father built about 20 homes “on the side” during his Navy civil service career and, after retiring, worked as a REALTOR®. I developed my own real estate experience through acquiring real property, developing plans, and overseeing the construction of my own family’s home; and buying and managing rental properties in Missouri. After serving 35 years as a pastor, college professor, and university vice president, I refocused my relational, educational, and realty experiences in 2015 to begin helping people professionally as a licensed REALTOR®.
I am married to a licensed professional counselor and former Christian adoption agency director. Together, we have three adult children, two of whom live with their spouses in the Kansas City metro area: Lee’s Summit, MO and Olathe, KS. A third serves as a USAF Major stationed in South Dakota. Favorites, of course, are our five grandchildren, with whom we spend as much time as possible!
