Dawn Briggs, Broker/Founder, for Briggs Vance & Associates, joined forces with Barbara Vance in 2013. For 13 years prior, Dawn worked in the area’s largest real estate law firm, Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, Kantor & Reed, P.A., handling all aspects of commercial and residential real estate litigation as one of the firm’s senior paralegals. Her vast knowledge of the legal system and contracts stemming from dealing with all facets of real estate transactions makes her a vital player in the real estate market. Dawn also brings to the team experience and qualifications in home staging and designs, just another service our team offers our clients. Dawn is a native Floridian, having lived and raised her 2 sons in Windermere for over 28 years. She is an avid local tennis player.

Barbara Vance, REALTOR®/Co-founder of Briggs Vance & Associates, leads a team of expert REALTORS® specializing in Orlando and Central Florida that includes the resort style communities surrounding Disney World, Sea World and Universal in addition to traditional residential areas such as Windermere, Dr. Phillips and Winter Garden. With 38 years of experience in Orlando in residential real estate, almost entirely in the Windermere/Southwest Orlando Area, she is consistently ranked in the top 1% of REALTORS® in the U.S. Her career formed its foundation in Developer Sales in the 1980’s when she was the on-site leader in sales for a developer & 9 custom home builders in Dr. Phillips’ Orange Tree/St. Ives areas. Upon selling out those communities, Barbara was promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing for ABD Development. Barbara currently lives in New Smyrna Beach area of Volusia County and enjoys jazz music, beaches, and all things real estate!
