Dinorah Carmenate has been a real estate broker since 1990 helping clients that range from first-time buyers to savvy investors. Dinorah has assisted 1000s of clients throughout her 30+ years in the business ranging from first-time buyer needing assistance with which first-time buyer program is the best for them or the savvy investor looking for a high rate of return on investment in and outside of California.
“My objective is to have my clients become ‘clients for life.’ Once they do business with me, they never look anywhere else for their real estate needs.” Because of Dinorah’s vast experience and knowledge, she has been a frequent guest as a real estate expert on Univision and other local/national television stations providing opinions on market conditions and trends. She has published
numerous newspaper articles and columns on topics of foreclosures, short sales, modifications, and how to become a millionaire with real estate investing.
