About Me
How am I different from other real estate agents?
Today’s real estate environment requires constant monitoring of the ever- changing conditions affecting the market. My varied experiences in the retail segment of today’s market have taught me to be ready to make adjustments to inventory levels and buying habits. This ability to interpret today’s market is an absolute necessity in order to enable my clients to make an informed decision in a timely manner. As real estate professionals, we don’t “make” the market, but we must “interpret the market” quickly and accurately in order serve our clients as true professionals.
Experience
My high school football coach labeled me a “Jack of all trades” for my ability to play many positions at a high level. That trait has followed me throughout my business career. I’ve had the ability to quickly adapt to new challenges whether it be my early coaching of gymnastics champions, owning a retail bicycle and fitness business that doubled its sales in five years, owning an ice cream franchise that increased its sales to be included in the top ten percent of all franchisees, leading a church worship ministry, including conducting local and international worship conferences, or personally building three houses and several “fixer-uppers” for my families’ personal use as well business endeavors. All of these varied life’s experiences have contributed to my success in the real estate business and gives me broad understanding of my clients wants and needs and unique circumstances as they enter today’s ever-changing real estate market.
