About Me
Betty was born and raised in Northwest Pennsylvania. Nine years ago, she relocated to Palm Harbor, Florida to be close her family. Florida is an interesting change of pace and weather for her, from the snow and season changes to the sand, steady green and 8 lane highways.
When first coming to Florida, Betty scouted the entire area from St. Pete Beach to Hernando County, to get acclimated and in doing so, she discovered many beautiful parks and beaches, which helps in getting customers into the area of their dreams Her interest in real estate comes from the many friends and family she and her husband helped, by renovating their homes to greatly increase the value. From creating basement space to roofing, nothing was off limits.
Since getting her license, Betty, has been certified as a New Home Specialist, Veterans Loan Advocate and completed Ninja training. Her main experience is in her home community in Palm Harbor, a 55 plus condominium community. She has transacted 24 properties there and sold single family homes in Holiday, Clearwater and New Port Richey. While in her hometown she worked for two oil companies and a cutlery factory as an administrative assistant/purchasing agent, giving her the organizational skills to be an efficient agent.
In her spare time, she enjoys playing with her Sheltie, Holly, taking walks, sewing, reading, baking, and entertaining friends. She also has served as a Deacon and Elder in her church, leading several Bible classes and studies. She also tutors immigrants in English to help them better fit in the general population with speaking and understanding the language, through the local library. She also travels back to her hometown yearly to reconnect with old friends and work at church.
She has two sons and they both live in Florida with their wives. Her grandchildren also live in Florida, the youngest just turning 21. She is honest, hardworking for a cause (such as Sellers or Buyers), communicative, and brings a little laughter to each meeting. She would love the opportunity to help you find your next dream home or sell your former “dream” home.
