Hello! My name is Emmie Flaherty and I am a Realtor on the South Shore of Massachusetts and a resident of Pembroke. I am often asked by prospective clients what I feel I have to offer as a Realtor that differs from others. I have thought a lot about this and my answer is – I am you. I am a mom, wife, daughter, sister, and aunt. I work with the average buyer who has a budget and works really hard for their money and needs to make a smart decision regarding their home purchase. I listen. I’m not going to send you homes that you can’t afford or in towns, you aren’t interested in. I take what you have to say to heart and put my best foot forward to find it for you. I love nothing more than a closing day when you have found and secured the home that you have dreamed of.
If you are a seller – I understand your needs as well. You’ve worked hard to pay down your mortgage and made home improvements when and where you could. You want those to pay off for you. I have taken over listings from other agents who couldn’t get the property sold because they were not able to see the main attractions and find the right audience to market the home to. I have sold properties from vacation homes, to horse farms, to tiny cottages, to homes that haven’t changed inside for 40+ years. There is a market for every home and I can find it.
