I have been helping folks achieve their real estate dreams for 6 plus years now and I have made it my mission to ensure every client that I interact with receives nothing short of my best efforts. This is the biggest purchase most folks will make in a lifetime and everyone deserves a top-notch advocate while navigating the complexity of a real estate transaction. My background is in home construction, remodeling, and property management for 15 plus years prior to selling real estate so, one could say I have been involved in this industry in some fashion for nearly 25 years. I believe this gives myself and my clients a unique advantage as I am able to explain the whole picture of a home from a dirt start construction to signing the appropriate paperwork at the closing table.  Running a relationship-based operation is crucial for me as I prefer not to view folks as just another transaction. I love meeting new people and offering assistance and I have in fact developed many strong friendships by meeting and helping people with their real estate needs.
