I have been a Realtor for over 20 years and a Broker Associate for over 7 years. I live in a flood zone so have lots of information about homes in the area and what you need to know. I grew up in in Summit NJ and joined the Navy in 1972, after 4 years of defending our great nation I put myself through College. I graduated from Upsala College in East Orange NJ with a BA in marketing and Management. Spent next 15 years as a Sales Representative working in NYC and the boroughs selling Orthopedic products. I then put myself through The Chubb Institute as a Computer Science Technician.
I then went to work an Independent Consultant teaching software for Fortune 500 companies, mostly Pharmaceutical companies. Traveling the country every week. I got my Real Estate license during that time and after Hurricane Sandy hit our Home in Seaside NJ went full time into Real Estate. Because of the Hurricane we all learned a lot about Flooding, Insurance, Elevation, Bulkheads and more.
