Fay started her real estate career over 20 years ago with a high-volume rental brokerage firm in Manhattan, where she did well immediately and went on to become an award-winning top producer for many years. Working at such a pace gave her extensive experience of making deals all over the city, including Harlem and Brooklyn.
Fay still does it all, working with buyers, sellers, renters and investors. She and her team are very much about customer service, as well as being accessible, knowledgeable and patient.

We work with a diverse clientele from college student renters and first-time buyers to seasoned investors spending tens of millions of dollars. We love our US-based customers, but also really enjoy working with International buyers and renters from locations all over the globe including Australia, Europe, Africa, Canada, Asia and South America.”
Born in London England, Fay moved to Long Island as a child and grew up working for her parent’s food business. This is where she learned the art of customer service at the tender age of 12 years old. After college, she took a position as a development manager for a huge national retailer. She literally had to “set up shop” in almost every major city in the U.S., to hire and train staff for new stores. Fay’s first exposure to real estate was through coordinating with the commercial landlords of the retail spaces she was setting up all over the country.
On a personal note, Fay enjoys traveling to other countries for pleasure, as she does hiking, dancing, dining at new restaurants, and any activity that allows socializing with friends.
