foreclosure on their homes. I have more than 18 years of professional realtor experience that I utilize to execute saving my clients homes from foreclosure. I negotiate with the original lenders and mortgage companies to provide my clients an option that allows
them in most cases to:
1. Back on tract making payment to your existing mortgage lender.
2. I negotiate a structured payment plan that is accepted by all mortgage companies.
3. Upon signing a contract with my company, you enter a structured monthly recover payment plan.
4. Upon successful completion of the payment plan with my company; your lender moves your payments to the back of the loan. You resume working directly with your mortgage company.
Besides running my own company, I am a devoted professional Realtor, devoted to my many clients for over 18 years.
