Jim and Jan Theisen founded Team Theisen in 2018 as means of working with additional agents to provide better service to our clients, more minds to look at each Real Estate transaction, more training and support.
We have a small team of successful agents and a Transaction Coordinator/Administrative Assistant. We meet twice weekly to train and review all deals currently active. Jana, our Transaction Coordinator, reviews all deals and assures nothing falls through the cracks. She is in constant communication with the Agents involved, the loan officers, title companies and clients.
We are involved in the communities we serve. We have perennially been involved with “Toys For Tots” and raised tens of thousands of dollars to assure a Christmas for all children. We have volunteered in fundraisers for the development of local parks, so that families can enjoy quality of life where they live and play. We are supporters of the CAN Council for the prevention of “Child Abuse”, and many others. We give back.
We employ a very sophisticated CRM (Client Relations Management) software to track all transactions be it, communication, documents and notes relating to a Real Estate deal. This means “peace of mind” for our clients and quite frankly us. It gives us a central location to know where things stand at any given moment.
