Meet Jason Atwood

Jason is a life-time resident of Grays Harbor who currently resides in Central Park. After high school, Jason spent 7 years at Starbucks Coffee Company, successfully climbing the ladder from a barista to Store Manager at the local Aberdeen store.

Immediately after leaving Starbucks, Jason went on to work as a Real Estate Broker with Premier Realty Grays Harbor in 2012, and set the goal of becoming the best agent in town. Awarded the Best of Twin Harbors five years straight, Jason exceeded that goal!

Following success in Aberdeen, Jason and his family went on to open Oly Pen Real Estate in Montesano, WA.

Over the years, and up to this point, Jason has sold over 500 homes (serving both buyers and sellers), generating over $100 Million in sales volume in the process.

With every sale, it has always been about the people involved. His primary goal has been to make each transaction personal. Every buyer and every seller has a unique circumstance, so his vision has been focused on the “It’s Personal” approach which defines Oly Pen Real Estate.

Outside of the office, Jason spends his time with his wife, three kids, family, friends, and community. He loves tacos… a lot! You’ll also see Jason hitting up Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park often as he is a HUGE fan of the Seahawks and Mariners. Overall, he is looking to bring happiness, excitement, and positivity to the community, the office, his family, friends, clients, and customers!
