As a former construction manager for nearly 18 years, I had the pleasure of working for some of Arizona’s most prominent home builders, great companies like Toll Brothers, Maracay (now Tri-Point), and Taylor Morrison, to name a few. During that time, I managed the construction and delivery of nearly 1,000 homes valley wide, ranging from small entry level to large million dollar semi-customs.
Having built that many homes over that many years, there isn’t much that I haven’t seen or experienced. Knowing every aspect of a home’s construction gives me a huge advantage when it comes to determining potential defects (i.e. what’s a Big Deal, and what is not), and the costs associated with any repairs or improvements.
