About Me
Originally from a small beach town north of Los Angeles, Jennifer grew up in a real estate family. From a very young age she was attending open houses, listening to her mother negotiate or recognizing the glee on the faces of happy clients at the end of an escrow. When she earned her real estate license in 2011, she was ecstatic to start Proper Dwelling with her broker/owner mother. Now a broker/owner in her own right, she approaches her work in real estate with creativity and a sense of humor. Honesty, transparency and shrewd negotiating skills are always a primary focus as she guides her clients through the selling or buying process. She becomes an instant advocate for her clients from the first meeting to the day they close escrow and beyond. She recognizes and honors the “service” oriented aspect of her job and believes that that sets her apart. To date, her sales volume is over $125 million and counting… When she’s not out in the field, she can be found throwing some clay on the ceramics wheel, coordinating with her husband for their next visit to their daughter or arguing with her two dogs about how many more treats they can have. Regardless, she is always Dwelling Properly.
