Since 1977 Jim has been entrenched in real estate in one form or another, starting off his career in architecture, including the Master’s program at the prestigious Southern California Institute of Architecture. After completing numerous architectural commissions and projects Jim transitioned into real estate development project design and management, eventually leaving architecture to build dreams for others; this eventually lead Jim into both commercial and residential lending where he stayed for many years becoming one most regarded loan officers in the industry.

Utilizing his background in architecture, real estate development, and finance, Jim is exceptionally qualified to assist buyers, sellers and investors with what is or will likely be their largest asset, their home or real estate investment. His architectural background taught the appreciation of good architecture and how to design projects tailored to each client’s taste; real estate development gave him the skills to understand the construction process and work within specific costs; and his skill in finance gives him a unique understanding of the financing process.
