About Me

Jim Pember is a Realtor who currently resides and works in the area of Lighthouse Point but represents United Realty Group throughout all of South Florida. Jim partakes in sellers and buyers representation.

Specializing in luxury homes and waterfront properties, Jim Pember has built lasting relationships with all of his customers – making the purchase or sale of a property an enjoyable experience.

Jim earned a BBA in Finance/economics in 1994. He was soon employed as a Financial Advisor with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. He then moved on into General Contracting and land development. His knowledge in these areas are most beneficial to his clients. He finds it rewarding to work with veterans of the armed forces and law enforcement officers.

As an avid scuba diver, Jim spends his free time protecting the ocean environment by participating in reef and pier clean ups. He is also a Padi certified Dive Master.

Now as a realtor, Jim Pember specializes in luxury and waterfront properties, single family homes, luxury condominium’s and town home’s throughout Fort Lauderdale, Lauderdale By The Sea, Lighthouse Point and Pompano Beach, Hillsboro Beach,Deerfield Beach, Boca Raton and Delray Beach.
