My love of real estate began at an early age. I can vividly remember as a young boy, my parents often referred to the benefits of having rental income from their three-family home in Quincy, Massachusetts, in which I grew up. As a result, I always thought there was something special about Real Estate. As an adult, my first career attraction was to the construction industry. I held a construction supervisor’s license for many years. Now, as a real estate licensee, I am happy to offer that expertise to my clients. I have held a broker’s license in New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts for several decades and have been active in the following areas of real estate: • Land and residential sales • Property management and subdivision • Commercial leasing • Home remodeling and renovations. It is a joy for me to share all of these experiences with my clients, including banks, businesses, investors, primary and secondary homebuyers. Additionally, I consider myself to be an active student of real estate and regularly attend many more classes, seminars and workshops than are required by the states in which I am licensed. I believe maintaining high professional standards helps me help my clients get the results they seek, namely the best possible prices, in the best amount of time, with the best possible terms and least amount of stress. The bottom line is this: Real Estate for me is more than a job, a profession, or a career. It is how I express my passion for helping people get what they want. In 2018, I helped 15 families satisfy their housing needs. This year, my goal is 30. Hopefully, you’ll be among them.
