About Me
Josh comes from a sports background that led him to the University of Washington on a full-ride basketball scholarship. From there he transferred to Eastern Washington University where he helped lead the Eagles to their first-ever NCAA tournament appearance. Under the tutelage of great coaches and leaders, Josh obtained key traits that have significantly impacted the success of his real estates careers such as leadership, discipline, and work ethic. These valuable additions helped him earn Gateway’s 2005 “Rookie of The Year,” a multiple top producing agent, as well as selling multiple millions of dollars in real estate. The early success and desire to help others have led Josh to put teams together that create a culture of teamwork, excellence, accountability, and a desire to make each client’s experience top-notch. This is all said to say that all realtors are not created equal.
