.I’m Julia and I am a Broker with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage. I have enjoyed working in real estate in the Carolina Beach/Wilmington area for over 20 years. While I have been a multi-million dollar producer, I am most proud of my superior customer service and for being well respected by both my customers and my fellow agents for my high standard of ethics in the way I conduct my business.

I am originally from Ohio and have a degree from The Ohio State University. Most of my free time is spent watching Ohio State Football or Basketball…Go Bucks!! But my home is here. I have been here since 1996 and I love it! My yorkie and I wouldn’t live anywhere else.

I love real estate because it allows me to meet people from all walks of life. It is exciting to meet new people every day whether they have lived here all their life or are visiting for the 1st time. There is nothing better than seeing the look of excitement on a person’s face when they find that perfect home! It doesn’t get better than that!
