About Me

My name is Julie Golden-Blair, and I am an Associate Broker at Coldwell Banker Cornerstone Realty. I grew up in Farmington, and raised my children here, so I have an intimate knowledge of, and love for, our beautiful area of the Four Corners.

I’ve been a realtor since 2004. I enjoy working with buyers and sellers in residential and commercial properties. My credentials include: 2020/2018/2014 REALTOR® of the Year, 2016 local Board President, 4 years as a state director, 2018-2021 NW District Vice President for the New Mexico Association of REALTORS®. I have also served as President of the Farmington Museum Foundation, and served on the Farmington Citizen Police Advisory Committee (a mayoral-appointed position) 2016-2021.

My personal goal is to simplify the process of buying and selling real estate, and to satisfy everyone’s needs to the best of my ability. Buying or selling property doesn’t have to be a stressful experience. I take pride in being knowledgeable, not just about the market, but about the entire transaction process.
