My name is Julio Gomez, Broker/Owner at BLUE SKY REALTY. I have been a full-time, bilingual agent since 1999. I have consistently brought to my clients the highest level of Real Estate knowledge, expertise, networking, and negotiation skills. I am a member of the Ventura County Coast Association of Realtors, VCCAR, and a member of the Grievance, LGR, and Diversity Committees. I have been a board member of the VCCAR for three years. I was a member of the Professional Standards Committee: I am the only bilingual Mediator for the VCCAR. I received the mediator Certification from Pepperdine University. I am the Co-founder of the National Association Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, NAHREP, Ventura chapter. I was the Director for four years.
In 2007, I was hired to represent the three major banks, Wells Fargo, Chase Bank and Bank of America in the sale of the foreclosure properties as an REO agent. I have a high-energy approach and am well-liked in the Real Estate Community. I am accessible, responsive, and cooperative in dealing with clients, their families and other Real Estate Professionals.
My team provides a high level of marketing strategies: we are always on top of the latest online technology. The use of online technology in today’s market is crucial. I have a full-time person that strategizes all the online marketing. My team also includes a buyer’s agent and a Transaction Coordinator. Once, I am hired to represent a client I put all my skills, knowledge, and marketing strategies to work for the client. I am a very proactive agent. I go door to door knocking looking for a business. I host open houses; I host broker tours. I am the Premier agent for Zillow, Realty Trac, and Realtor.com. I have been the relocation specialist for the Department of Defense since 2014. I have extended experience with Trust Sales and Probates Sales. Also, I have helped many families in selling their properties during a divorce. I have excellent communication skills. I am a member and past president of the Sandpiper Toastmasters Club in Ventura since 2018. I was past president of Toastmaster in Oxnard for Realtors in the Oxnard Chapter.
I am a volunteer and spoke person for the Alzheimer’s Association Ventura Chapter. For the last four years, I am one of the judges for the Ventura Academic Decathlon. Along with the mentioned above, I am currently registered as a BPO, Buyer Price Opinion agent with 25 different asset companies. I average weekly about 10 BPOs assignments. I represent several banks with their Bank-owned Properties inventory, REO, and Foreclosures.
I am originally from Ecuador, live in Oxnard for the last 24 years. I am the father of three smart and beautiful young women. I recently became a grandpa of a beautiful baby Anastasia Grace. In June 2020 I married my best friend. I love to dance, read great books, go to live concerts, enjoy a great meal with friends and family and meet new people.
