About Me

Kate’s a Portland native, a graduate of Lincoln High School, and is an “urban pioneer” calling the Pearl District home.
Kate earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan. She became a licensed professional engineer and worked for both an engineering consulting and design-build company bringing a strong background to her next career.
Kate followed her heart and started her career in real estate with Realty Trust in 2011. She brings honest market insight, clear communication, and the ability to professionally manage her clients’ real estate needs to her business every day. In 2019 and 2021 she was awarded Top Performer. Kate’s always thankful for the opportunity to help her clients reach their real estate goals.
Outside of work you’ll find Kate actively biking, running, skiing, enjoying yoga, and spending time with her two young boys.
