Investing in homes to update and remodel, Kathy started in real estate over 30 years ago. She worked as an on-site sales person for 3 different new home builders before getting her Real Estate license. Since then,she’s sold singe family homes, multi-family homes, commercial, new hones and land.
As a Denver native, she has built her career on honesty and knowledge of the real estate market, and the tenacious ability to negotiate for her clients. She also has earned her GRI, CRS and is a certified negotiation expert.
She serves as a Naturalist at Roxborough State Park, has been active for over 20 years in her church. She enjoys her family and friends, the great Colorado outdoors and the beautiful animals that share this great state with us.
