I have been a Realtor for over 30 years and never lost the joy of helping the first time buyer or finding the forever home for my clients. Understanding each buyers goals is fundamental regardless if it’s for a home or investment property.

My strengths lie in identifying problems and helping to solve them independently or collaboratively with industry specialists as needed. I am very comfortable working with engineers, architects, various government entities and other specialists we may need on our team.

My goal is to help create a positive experience from the initial conversation to the final sale. Treating people with respect and honesty is the foundation for how I work.

Many clients have been with me since we were young and just starting. Some of their children are now looking for their own houses and working with me. I am honored that my clients have repeatedly sought my assistance.
