I migrated to the Bay Area in the early 90s from Pakistan. It was love at first sight. The abundance of natural beauty, excellent weather, and diverse community made it an easy choice to call it home.
After going through the initial struggles that most immigrants are familiar with, I had an opportunity to enter the Real Estate Industry as a Realtor in 2004. Having been associated with the Real Estate business in Pakistan, coupled with my people-friendly nature, it was a natural fit. The Real Estate market was booming in the early 2000s and everybody was having a good time. Then came the recession of the late 2000s and the market took a 180-degree turn. A large number of Realtors exited the field. People who stayed in the business, including me, learned some valuable lessons from the changing market conditions and helped their clients navigate through the turmoil.
My goal, whether you are selling or purchasing a home for your family is to make it a pleasant experience and to make it as seamless as possible. Developing a long-term business relationship with my clients has always been my priority which automatically translates into future referrals for me.
If you are selling, I put my expertise to work in preparing and marketing your home, utilizing all the tools at my disposal and getting the highest possible price for my clients. If you are in the market for a place you can call home, I provide the market analysis for your target area and keep you updated on the market conditions and availability of homes that suit your needs. I pride myself in being truthful and telling as it is and expecting the same from my clients.
