About Me

As a 13-year-old, Kim Ha Campbell escaped her native Vietnam on a crowded boat with only a 50/50 chance of ‘making it. She was rescued at sea and taken to a refugee camp, where she lived for two years with very little – until (by the grace of God), she was sponsored into the United States.
She arrived as an uneducated 15-year-old, unable to speak English. With tremendous perseverance, she learned English, studied hard, and graduated cum laude with degrees in Accounting and Information Systems Management.
After a brief corporate career, Kim decided to pursue real estate. In her first year, she broke six figures and was named Rookie of the Year – but she wanted more.
Kim Ha Campbell has a passion for helping people with their real estate needs. Whether it be educating a first-time home buyer or helping her luxury clients transition to the homes of their dreams. She has been listing and selling real estate in Williamson County since 1998. She serves Franklin, Brentwood, and surrounding cities.
She has built a strong team throughout her 24 years in real estate. She empowers her team to succeed by sharing her experience with them. Her powerhouse team is focused on the Middle TN area.
