Georgia is a great place to live and work, which is why Kristina chose to call it home. With roots in Wisconsin, Kristina came to Atlanta 8 years ago.
Real Estate is a passion for Kristina and with her background in investing in the commercial rental property for the past 15 years, it’s easy to see why Kristina’s clients are always extremely impressed with her level of excellent service and dedication to making sure they find and can afford their dream home and or add a lucrative investment to their portfolio.
When Kristina lists a property it’s sold fast, at the highest value. Due to Kristina’s commitment to excellent service, she has the opportunity to serve many families in their relocation to Georgia as well as their transition to a new home. Kristina is an investor who enjoys working with other investors and mentoring new investors into starting a business and purchasing commercial property.
Kristina isn’t just passionate about helping families find their dream homes, Kristina has served as a board member of the Habitat for Humanity organization since her first week of becoming a Realtor and takes pride in joining in on the builds as well. Kristina is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Atlanta Board of Realtors. Kristina is also a member of the Black Women in Film Network.
A passionate aspiring actress, when Kristina isn’t helping a client or volunteering, you’ll find her at improv theaters, karaoke, comedy shows, plays, or enjoying a long walk with her Pomeranian Bella.
