2020, Top Realtor from Illinois moves to Scottsdale Arizona. I recently closed my 500th career transaction and bringing my skills and good natured attitude to serve the great people of Scottsdale and surrounding towns. My affinity for homes started as a teen while building an apartment in the attic of my parents home. As an adult I bought and sold homes that needed a lot of work, AKA a house flipper on a small scale. This was not my main business. My entrepreneurship began while running my own business at 18 as a house painter. My second business started a few years later that grew and evolved into a thriving delivery business. While that business was successful, it wasn’t fulfilling; what I really wanted to do was help people and work with them on much more important things. I found that opportunity as a real-estate agent; it was a perfect fit for me and my desire to help people. As much as I love my career and working, the most important thing in my life is family. I have two children and a wonderful wife. When not in family mode, you will find me hard at work finding the perfect house for my clients, or helping them sell and move on to their next phase in life. A few years ago I worked my way to the top 2% of agents and continued the streak of making it into the Five Star Real Estate Agents award. This year was twelve years in a row where only .1% of the agents earned the Legend distinction. The accolades are fine, but the thing that keeps me motivated are the people that I get to work with. I strive to do a great job for the people that hire me. I hate to let people down and will work until the job is done! Sometimes that means getting the highest dollar amount for my sellers and getting the best price for my buyers. How do you know when you get the best deal?
