I’m an Experienced Buyer’s Agent with a demonstrated history of working with 1st TIME HOMEBUYERS utilizing FHA loans, the NC Homebuyers Grants, and conventional or VA loans. I have experience working with New Construction, Estate sales, mobile homes (doublewide & singlewides), condos, and houses. Best of all? I’m accustomed to working with all price points!
I have many varied resources for extra funding available thru our local counties and NC Housing grants!
