Extensive experience working with investors that flip purchases that were foreclosures and short sales.  Since 1975, I have called San Jose home. Since I was 14 years old, I had worked in outside sales. I made newspaper deliveries in the Willow Glen area. I left California to spend four years in the military. I returned and spent four years studying at SJSU. Up until 1998, I worked for 24 Hours Fitness in a variety of their clubs as a trainer, sales manager, and eventually club manager. I made the decision to drive for FED EX for two years. Then, up until 2004, I was employed by Stevens Creek BMW and Beshoff Mercedez. At that point, I made the decision to get my real estate license. I’m thrilled that I have taken into account several clients’ advice that I belong in this field.
